Do not do any business with this company and their owners Seif Juma and Kelvin Macmillan.* Food is subpar and I did not receive 3 meals a day and most day I received only 1 meal.* Accomodation is setup in loudest ares and sleeping arrangement was poor.*Staff were treated poorly and not fed properly and are ill equiped with gear and didn't even have a cloth to dry up a spill. * They were always late, including day 1, 2, 8 and on the last day didn't even show up for a pre arranged meeting for 2 hours. At the hotel they say they will meet you at 9am then rock up 2 hours late because they had "staff and food" problems.* The trip to the waterfalls were 2 hours late. They say they operate fair trade but gave us USD bills in change, dated 2003 that nobody else wanted after that. They played innocent and just pulled up their sholders. * Seif wanted to change my itinerary last minute but without a refund. They didn't have anything organized when I arrived and got very upset when I didn't agree to changes. They work out of very dingy offices and I should have seen the red flags then.* They dont check that your personal information is correct and cause problems at one of the parks. They don't ask for insurance details or contact details for emergencies.* Many services were not received and many meals looked like dog food.This company is unethical, unprofessional and in my opinion crooks.I wrote to the Ministry of Tourism, Tanzania Association of Tour Operators and Tanapa to investigate how they conduct business with their staff and clients. I submitted video recording where Kelvin and Seif admitted their shortcomings.They owe me a refund but has since renegade on their own terms and conditions.Posted onVerified Game Drive I had an amazing experience with On Time Safari, which needs to be shared. After the successful climb on the tallest mountain in Africa, Kilimanjaro, we went for 3 days Safari. We choose On Time Safari, which is part of the Kili Africa Tours, specializing for wildlife and cultural safari. We visited 2 Nationale Parks and 1 Conservation Park. We start with Tarangire National Park, then Ngorongoro Caldera Conservation Area, and finished with Lake Manyar. We were blessed with great weather, lots of animal activities, and one of the best guides that Tanzania can offer, Octavian. Very well educated and organized, providing answers on all our questions and requests. In these 3 days, we've learned so much about wildlife and their migration, about country and culture. Accommodation and food were great.We finished our Safari trip with a visit to Maasai village and had an opportunity to experience and learn about their culture and habits.I also want to mention that a one day trip to Materuni waterfalls and coffee farm, also organized and executed by On Time Safari and there guide Honest.Highly recommended tour operator.Posted onVerified Safe, reliable and punctual Honest took us around the Arusha/Moshi region for 5 days and we have absolutely nothing to complain about. He was punctual (in fact, he almost always arrived before time), his car was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and he was also very accommodating to our last-minute requests.We forgot our camera in his car on our first day and he went out of his way to send the camera back with one of his friends overnight as he knew that we would need it for our travels the next day. I cannot recommend Honest enough for anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and punctual driver for their travels.Posted onVerified My good friend, Honest , a very nice man. Where do I start ... Honest is a really wonderful human being. A quiet, humble & patient man. He went out of his way to help when required, took us around in Moshi, Arusha & never bothered about long hours etc. He knows his job & way around. He was always smiling. If we go back to that part of Tanzania, he will surely be our first call for local travel & support.
